Azure AI Foundry is Microsoft's unified platform for developing, testing and deploying AI models. The platform provides access to Azure OpenAI Service, enabling the integration of GPT-based large language models (LLMs) into enterprise systems for text comprehension, generation and summarization. AI Foundry also provides access to image processing, speech recognition and embedding models, enabling machine processing of unstructured enterprise data such as documents, images and audio recordings. The platform enables custom model training, fine-tuning and continuous monitoring from a single interface, keeping the development cycle transparent from prototype to production. Built-in responsible AI tools ensure that developed solutions operate reliably, transparently and in compliance with corporate policies. In our projects, we use Azure AI Foundry for developing complex, custom AI solutions where standard AI Builder capabilities are insufficient.
AI Builder is Power Platform's built-in AI capability that enables the use of artificial intelligence with no code or minimal code, directly within the Power Apps and Power Automate environment. AI Builder's pre-trained models can be immediately applied for document processing, form recognition, text categorization, language detection and sentiment analysis. By training custom document models, processing tailored to the organization's own document types (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts) can be achieved. Prediction models enable the estimation of business outcomes based on historical data, such as customer churn probability or payment delay likelihood. AI Builder integrates directly with Power Automate flows, ensuring that AI-driven decisions are automatically embedded into existing workflows. In our projects, we primarily use AI Builder for extracting information from documents and automatically forwarding the processed data to enterprise systems.
Microsoft Copilot Studio enables the creation of custom AI agents and copilots that communicate with users in natural language and autonomously execute tasks. Agents can connect to enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL databases, web APIs), trigger business processes through Power Automate, and provide contextually relevant responses built on the organization's knowledge base. Copilot Studio's visual designer enables the configuration of conversations, knowledge sources and actions without requiring developer expertise. Multi-channel availability (Microsoft Teams, web interface, mobile app) ensures that employees receive assistance wherever they work. AI agents are capable of executing complex, multi-step tasks: they gather the necessary information, call the appropriate back-end systems and carry out the requested operations. As a result, simple, repetitive questions and tasks are resolved automatically, while specialists can focus on more complex, higher-value work.
We are convinced that artificial intelligence should not be applied for its own sake, but exclusively where it creates measurable business value. Every AI project begins with an assessment: we identify the processes where AI adoption genuinely reduces costs, accelerates turnaround time or improves accuracy. In our projects, we use AI for automated document processing (extracting data from invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes), text data classification, predictive analytics and building response systems based on internal knowledge bases. We have successfully deployed solutions at multiple clients that automated previously manual document processing, significantly reducing processing time and the number of human errors. We do not offer AI where simpler automation solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps) are sufficient. Our goal is for our clients to experience the genuine benefits of the technology, not its unnecessary complexity.

In every case, we first assess whether AI adoption genuinely adds value to the given process, and only recommend it when the return on investment is clearly demonstrable.
AI Builder and Copilot Studio can be used without code; models and agents are configured through visual interfaces, enabling business users to deploy and manage their own AI solutions. Integration with Power Automate flows can also be accomplished at the configuration level. For more complex tasks, such as fine-tuning custom models or specialized API integrations, solutions developed with Azure AI Foundry are required, which call for developer expertise.
