After the deployment of software robots, we provide employees with basic training during which they become familiar with using the robot and learn to troubleshoot typical errors. Upon request, we also build higher-level internal competencies.
| Training Format | We organize trainings on-site or remotely, with individually structured curricula tailored to the participants' skills and knowledge. We provide educational materials for the training and a test environment for robot development and management. The goal of the trainings is to build basic or advanced internal knowledge that reduces dependence on external parties. |
| Requirements | Generally, we do not set minimum requirements as prerequisites for participation in the training, however it is advisable to select employees who have good analytical skills and know one or more scripting languages at a basic level. No programming background is required for basic robot operation, but independently automating simpler processes or modifying existing robots is much easier with programming knowledge. |
